What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, optional role, industry, budget range, and the message you write. We also record the timestamp and the page the form was submitted from.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry. A strategist on our team will review the submission and reach out within 3 business days. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to marketing lists without explicit opt-in.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can opt out via your browser settings.
Data retention
We retain inquiry records for 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from our systems unless you have become an active client.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to privacy@brandmusiq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
